Charles is a French businessman, consultant and creator born in Paris in 1984 who lived in Brazil between 2003 and 2023. With 25 years of experience in the hospitality and gastronomy market, he is considered a global expert in the sector. He is the founder and director of the consultancy Eight Consulting, co-founder of the Organic Festival Trancoso and curator of the luxury travel and events agency Origine Agency. Digital nomad and globetrotter, he is also a tourism and gastronomy columnist for GQ Magazine, L’Officiel Brasil and other internationals publications. Charle’s role with the Organic Festival Trancoso Association is an enormously challenging one, with him being the key driver of curating the selection of chefs while contributing through his international network an always-evolving but very distinct art direction.

Lili Torres was born in Minas Gerais and moved to São Paulo as a child. After studying hospitality in ___ Lili moved to Australia where she learned a great deal from the hospitality industry of the South Pacific. Returning to São Paulo she managed Spot restaurant before moving to Fernando de Noronha to open the resort Pousada Maravilha as F&B manager. Discovering a love for working in remote locations, Lili moved to Trancoso and for 12-years held the role as F&B manager at UXUA, with a lot of space to innovate in areas of nutrition with the opening of UXUA Vida Lab, and sustainability and organics, being a key part of developing the Organic Festival concept. Lili is now Operations Manager of Txai resort in Itacarré, but still dedicated to Organic Festival Trancoso Association as Executive Producer of the annual event.

A pioneer in sustainable tourism and UXUA co-founder, Bob is a board member of Conservation International Brazil and the Center for Responsible Travel in Washington, D.C. (CREST). He is co-creator of the Organic Festival Trancoso, the Futuri Alliance for Regenerative Tourism, and Alimente Trancoso, an emergency nutrition project during the pandemic. Bob was the communications director and board member of BLTA, the Brazilian Luxury Travel Association, and was a key volunteer in the landmark civil action by the Associação Despertar Trancoso ensuring enforcement of federal environmental laws in Trancoso, protecting its historical and natural heritage.

Wilbert is a Dutch designer who spent 18-years as Creative Director at Italian fashion label Diesel, following all aspects of the brand from product and interior design to advertising. Using his free time between fashion seasons to renovate historic homes around the world, he discovered Trancoso in 2004 and loved it instantly, beginning in 2006 the restoration of several old Quadrado houses in an endeavor which evolved to become UXUA Casa Hotel & Spa. Wilbert eventually entirely swapped from European fashion to a slower life in Bahia, and focus on sustainable design practices, innovating many techniques to utilize reclaimed materials and adapt ancient artisanal Traditions for modern design challenges.
